I had bad experience with one of their staff for making appointment but the doctor is not on duty,I'm really feel so bad that time but their manager ma'am Fauzia in Harley albarsha helped me by reach out my doctor (Dr.Rekha) even she is on leave and gave me the prescriptions for the medicines that I needAt the end I'm really thankful to ma'amFauzia and Dr. Rekha they make priority of their patient health...Thank you so much and God bless
I went to do my 2D Echo here.. They have a good package for the heart.. Plus all the staff, nurses are really nice and good and Dr. Muhammad Alkhayer is very welcoming.
Excellent service from the medical team .... but had an unpleasant experience with the reception/admin regarding the samples... the leadership took action, corrected it in time. I really recommend the clinic for the health checkup, excellent value ratio.
All the staffs are very professional and nice. Dr Nitin is awesome and he understands the concerns from the patients without panicking them and prescribe the medication without any additional tests on the first phase.
Nurse Jo provided exceptional care with her kindness and attentiveness, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Her compassion truly made a difference. The clinic was very clean and welcoming! I'm typically a very anxious person especially when it comes to clinics, but I had a pleasant time with their Ultrasound lady! She made sure that I was taken care of and calm enough for the tests. Keep up the great work!
